CEIAG intends to widen perception of adult life, to develop skills to cope with changing roles and to help young people use their skills to make informed educational and vocational choices.
Career, work-related and enterprise education is no longer just helping Year 11 pupils find a post 16 place, CEIAG is for all pupils and is essential to the preparation of young people for transition to adulthood. CEIAG also contributes to pupil’s Transition Plan.
CEIAG is a valued programme, which is linked to learning and earning, equipping young people with the knowledge, skills and attributes needed to enter and thrive in the working world.
